The Good Living KC Expo is Kansas City’s largest fitness and healthy living event. It features over 150 vendors and sponsors just in time to fire you up to meet your new year’s resolutions!
We want to ensure your goals are met! Our goal is to create an interactive, experiential event, highlighting the importance of “living the good life” through staying fit, active and healthy. This 2-day event targets all men, women and families who want to enhance or maintain their lifestyle through fitness, natural beauty, nutrition and diet, weight loss and staying or becoming healthy both physically and mentally. Businesses that offer services or products that meet these goals are welcome to participate.

Saturday, 1/8: 10am-6pm
Farfalla Events, LLC owns and produces the Good Living Expo. The focus of this locally owned Kansas City event company is bringing the community of businesses and guests together. We also own and produce the Just For Her Event and Chick Events.
